Job summary
The Commercial Lines CSR (customer service representative) will work within our Commercial Insurance Department in conjunction with the Prime Account Managers and referring producers and will be responsible for assisting Account Managers in the onboarding of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold our Company Core Values
- Support the client experience by assisting the account manager with policy reviews and coverage recommendations, certificate and auto ID issuance, and policy research and data collection.
- Assist Account Managers with renewal planning, processing, and reviews.
