    Summary


    Contributes to the Quality Team by assisting in data capture, aggregation and analysis along with just-in-time education and facilitation of quality improvement projects.

    Activities are coordinated in conjunction with regulatory compliance and patient safety efforts. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications


    MINIMUM EDUCATION:
    Bachelors Degree in healthcare based discipline or 8 years of equivalent healthcare work experience in lieu of degree


    PREFERRED EDUCATION:
    Masters Degree in a healthcare related field


    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
    2 years experience in healthcare quality improvement activities


    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

    LICENSURE:

    LICENSURE:
    Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other

    certification in healthcare quality. License in clinical discipline, strongly preferred.
