O'Fallon Casting is adding Maintenance Technicians to our team. Competitive starting pay, great work life balance and stability. As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on a variety of industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise in multiple trades and the ability to handle various maintenance needs in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to determine the root cause of equipment malfunctions.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques.
Install, assemble, and align new equipment or machinery to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in a multi-craft role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades, such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and machinery.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and work in various working conditions.

Great benefits (medical, dental, 401k, PTO, etc.) and starting pay, $33-38/hour. Position is on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
