    About the Role:

    As a Senior Manager, Community, you are responsible for the daily management of team members as well as overseeing and executing against team KPIs and company OKRs. You will be responsible for leveraging data to track the team's performance and identifying and communicating roadblocks to success. You will also work alongside Community Team leadership and cross-functional partners on driving strategic initiatives forward. You will have the opportunity to be a strategic thought partner as you work to deliver the community engagement strategy.

    What You'll Do:

    • Continue to oversee and execute your current CM responsibilities
    • Manage Community team members (may include Managers, Specialists, and/or Associates) including weekly 1-1s, KPI review, coaching, training, enablement, and professional development plans
    • Report to Community Leadership on team performance/KPIs, learnings, and needs
    • Design and drive team process improvements and develop teamwide SOPs
    • Identify, own, and delegate cross functional strategic initiatives that have a direct business impact and enhance the member experience
    • Act as sounding board and subject matter expert within the team cross-functionally
    • Hire and onboard new team members
    • Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, openness, and accountability

    • Experience in building community in person, virtually, and digitally
    • Experience design skills
    • Work directly with executives
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to identify pain points or areas for improvement and advocate for a solution
    • Passion for the Company's mission, positioning and brand

    The base salary for this role is: $120,000
