Responsibilities
- Work closely with the kitchen production supervisor to ensure daily operations of production are efficient and accurate while packaging finished goods at budgeted cost and that conform to established internal specifications.
- Enforce compliance with GMPs, personal hygiene and safety standardsand all FDA /USDA regulations ready to eat proteins (USDA) or any other product required.
