- Formulate using standard NAFTA formulations
- Set up of Lab Equipment: mini mixing tanks, lab extruder, mill, and more.
- Make lab samples
- Operating and set up bonding mixers for running bonding trials
- Color matching and testing (spray samples)
- Continually monitor lab runs for quality and machine operation, notifying supervisor if abnormalities are noticed
- Cleaning and disassembling of lab equipment (changeover) from one run to another following the procedures set out by management i.e. (lockout procedure, clean down procedure)
- Consideration for the safety and well-being of yourself, as well as others at all times
- Associates/Bachelors degree, preferably in Chemistry
- English (Read, Write, and Speak)
- Minimum of 2 years lab experience

With a recent plant expansion completed, they have expanded their R&D department, and are seeking additional support to help sustain the growth of new product development.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday; 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Friday; 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Pay Rate: $24 / hour
