Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts including days and nights
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract length
• Float to any inpatient unit and other Central region locations as needed
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour call back minimum
• Work on 10-bed unit with 5:1 RN patient ratio
• Team includes 2 RNs and 1 CNA per 10 patients
• Primary cases include palliative, comfort/hospice, and med/surg patients

Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS

• Minimum 2 years med/surg experience required, 1 year inpatient palliative care preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Med/surg skill set required, palliative care/hospice experience helpful
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Associate degree or certificate required
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility
