    SUMMARY Grill Assemblers are responsible for assembling customer and store display grills correctly and efficiently, as well as select furniture sets.

    Delivery Helpers are responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers delivery orders to the Customer's specified location.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by the Service Center ManagerEnsure items are assembled according to the manufacturer directionsPerform a minimum daily assembly output as provided by the Service Center ManagerReport any defects or damages of any parts immediately to the Service Center ManagerMaintain a clean and safe work space and environmentProperly dispose of all waste accumulated during the assembly processPerform professionally and effectively when interacting with Customers and Store AssociatesUse equipment properly to ensure the safety of all Service Center team membersFollow delivery processes to ensure Customer expectations are met and/or exceededAssist the Delivery Driver execute the placement of delivery items as specified by the CustomerReport all customer satisfaction issues to the Service Center ManagerMust be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, customers, and supervisorsEmbrace the Great Lakes Ace Hardware Core ValuesA continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required in addition with the ability to work a flexible schedule
