This individual should possess a current working knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations, along with the ability to accurately complete and disclose the Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending and various other early disclosure notices.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING High school diploma or general education degreeWorking knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access and Power pointExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relations with business associates at a positive levelMathematical skills that of ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsWHAT YOU WILL DO Develop thorough understanding of company LOS (Loan Origination) systemReview and ensure accuracy and data integrity of required compliance disclosures at initial application and at time of lock if necessaryMaintains accurate record of communications and/or actions related to the disclosing process in the conversation log of the applicable loan fileProvides assistance in the formulation of forms and disclosure documents in compliance with all policies and proceduresMaintains efficient levels of service and complies with regulatory timelines associated with the completion and dissemination of loan disclosures verified through the recording of events in LOS tracking systemDelivers mortgage loan disclosures in a secure mannerEffectively manage multiple tasks in a fast paced working environmentCommunicates in a positive and professional manner at all timesExercise independent judgment and ability to work independentlyParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsComply with all safety policies, practices and proceduresReport any potential or actual violations of such policies, practices or procedures to Compliance ManagerPerform other duties as assigned by ManagementLocal Candidates as this is a Hybrid role.
