Job summary
We are seeking a SCADA Analyst to join our team at Quorum Software. As a SCADA Analyst, you will be responsible for triaging customer reported issues, identifying configuration recommendations for a SCADA platform, working closely with product and engineering teams to provide detailed problem descriptions of customer incidents and requested improvements.
