- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' sleep needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, families, caregivers, or colleagues via phone calls or face-to-face meetings during home visits.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a polysomnographic technologist (RPSGT) certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).
- Degree from an accredited institution in Respiratory Therapy or related field required; MS degree preferred;
