Job summary
We're looking for a strategic creative marketer to own and help grow our organic social community reputation management and ambassador programs all with a clear focus on driving awareness demand and customer acquisition. This role will shape how Hibu shows up in market through authentic storytelling peer-to-peer engagement advocacy employee voices and trusted third-party signals.Responsibilities
- Support and execute the organic social strategy across priority platforms LinkedIn Facebook YouTube Instagram and emerging channels to drive awareness engagement traffic and downstream acquisition.
- Assist in building and running community programs that foster peer-to-peer connection learning advocacy across key customer segments including private groups community hubs webinars events.
- Help design launch an ambassador program activating customers industry experts creators partners generate advocacy referrals UGC event participation.Support influencer creator podcast initiatives identifying relevant voices coordinating collaborations expanding reach into priority audiences.Contribute reputation management efforts third-party review platforms page-one brand search presence.Collaborate align messaging repurpose content support upper mid lower-funnel initiatives.Track engagement metrics report contribution acquisition lead quality brand lift.Assist build maintain foundational programs processes playbooks calendars governance measurement frameworks.Represent Hibu externally storytelling events webinars industry engagement.Strong written verbal communication skills including storytelling diverse audiences.Social media strategy experience multiple platforms community management plus.Project management organizational skills manage multiple programs simultaneously.Cross-functional collaboration Marketing Sales Product Customer Success People teams.Analytical mindset tracking engagement reach conversion metrics.Creativity campaign content ideation eye brand consistenc.Experience Qualifications:5-7 years equivalent position Required.Strong communication analytical technical knowledge Required.Ability prioritize direct supervision Required.Technical documentation ITIL certification Bachelors Degree Preferred.IND10#LI-CK1#LI-HYBRID
