    Sign Production Specialist Will:

    Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or mediumPrepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images.

    Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of imagesOperate and maintain production equipment.

    Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.

    Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before startingPerform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed piecesReport inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.


    Clean and maintain storage, production areasResponsible for all offsite sign and print media installationsAble to assess an environment for the needs and techniques of the installationAble to work independently and with other team members when requiredIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:1-2 years of experience in sign production preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)Ability to lift 50 or more poundsFlexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrateAbility to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workProficiently uses hand and power toolsClean driving record and valid drivers licenseExperience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not requiredDo you enjoy working with people?
