Description

We are looking for a Learning Project Coordinator to support our Nazare division (North America) team. Nazare is our Learning and Capability brand with over 150 specialists with a deep expertise in Life Sciences.

As a Learning Project Coordinator your role will vary from account to account management for our learning and capability programs.

You will be in daily contact with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead and becoming an important member of the team.

You will report into the Learning Delivery Manager.
We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.
What will you do Arrange project meetings (from kick-off to completion with relevant resource present), draft minutes, capture priorities and promptly circulate to team; draft project kick-off sheet; complete and update main project management tools, resources and timelines and deadlines; collate weekly status report (project team)

Coordinate internal and external resources - analyst, artworker, copywriter, developer, trainer; track time and motion - availability, deadlines and expensesSupport timley reminders of main project milestones and finance tracking across.

Track project costs, input costs into project tracker, build budgets, reconcile and support invoicing through the commercial finance team.
