    Sales Coordinator Duration:
    Full Time Working Schedule is 8am- 6pm M-F. Rotating calls on Saturdays. CLOSETS BY DESIGN is a leader in the home organizing industry. We are passionate about maximizing home storage spaces with beautiful, customized solutions.

    We can build and install custom walk-in closets, kids' closets, garage spaces, walk-in closets, offices, pantries and so much more.

    The Sales Coordinator will help support and develop our in-home sales.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Grow, train and develop our sales force team to meet the growing markets we serve.
    • Facilitate sales training in both one-on-one and group settings.
    • Develop and help grow each individual salespeople to maximize their fullest potential.
    • Actively participate in potential client projects to ensure success.
    • Teamwork between other departments to help ensure the best results.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    * 2 year minimum managing sales teams
    • Personal sales background of at least 2- 5 years with a track record of success.
    • Proven knowledge and experience in price negotiations
    • College degree preferred but not required.
    • Utah candidates only as this is an in office position not remote.
    • Computer literateMicrosoft Word, Outlook and Excel required, Designer experience
    • Experience in Business to Consumer preferred.
