- Troubleshoot, resolve and document technical issues in real time
- Perform critical maintenance and technical support functions across the RVCT program
- Work with engineers identifying issues and develop solutions
- Shape RVCT Product Support considerations through documentation of maintenance tasks, collection of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data
- Provide recommendations to New Equipment Training (NET) course development
- Support RVCT Test and Evaluation events through preparation and operation of RVCT hardware
- Maintain clear, concise organized documentation and accurately document maintenance actions in JIRA
- Manage PMCS schedule and execution
- Manage training schedule and execution of new and existing FSRs
- Responsible for assembly, disassembly, and reconfiguration of RVCT devices
- Using basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- 10%-25% Travel Required
- 5-10 years of experience working directly with AVCATT & RVCT
- Strong understanding of technical/CPU hardware
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a technical military field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Direct experience in fielding, logistics or technical deployment of military systems
- Security +, Network +, and/or A+ certifications

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, maintenance, deployment of a new simulation and training capability for the United States Army.
