Seeking an entreprenureal experienced COO in Technology Startups to jump on board our moving ship. Since Covid things have undoubtedly been tough, but we are fighters here at TalentExchange.

Candidates must have

-4 year degree

-4+ years experience in leadership in a Tech Startup Capacity

-Must have experience raising capital as primary function to join team

-CTO experience is plus

-Must be a self-starter and work well at home as well as in a team

-work closely with Tech Team to finish App and Market It

Compensation:

-Potential CEO position as Founder moves out of the way for the right candidate after 12 months of track record with current Founder/CEO

*Sweat equity position with future salary when adequate funding occurs.
