    MANAGER CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS (HEALTHCARE)

    Telecommute Option - MUST reside in ID, OR, UT or WA

    (May be requested to come into the local office occasionally)

    Who We Need


    Delivers data and production strategy and leads lifecycle engagement marketing execution for the Cambia Marketing team, with the purpose to engage health plan consumers with compelling and personalized communications that drive interest, action, satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy to our brand portfolio.

    Manages expectations of technical campaign strategy, production, delivery and execution of the team's capabilities as well as reporting and optimization for acquisition and engagement campaigns.

    The role requires cross-functional partnerships that include brand, data, technology, analytics and many other stakeholders, the ability to manage competing priorities and a relentless commitment to an exceptional consumer experience with the health plan.

    Preferred Key Experience

    Prior management experience preferred (up to 5 or so)
    Knowledge of HTML and SQL a plus
    Experience with multichannel marketing campaigns inclusive of email, SMS, and Push technology is a given and expected
    Experience with JIRA, Workday, Smartsheets are preferred

    The Manager of Campaign Operations would have:

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
    8+ years of experience in multi-channel and/or digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and managing data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive business results
    Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
    Equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Your Role


    Develop, manage and execute a tactical delivery strategy for Cambia member outreach and engagement across the organization that effectively integrates with enterprise messaging while appropriately translating into digital communication channels such as email, SMS, and push capability.

    Create technical execution strategy, tactical plan and best practices for content personalization working with our data and digital teams.
    Oversees execution of ad hoc and cross-channel campaigns, including planning, coding, QA, validation and deployment.

    Partner with digital product owners and relevant data partners to develop data integration, automation and personalization with marketing platform vendors.

    Develop process and training for utilization of growing channel capabilities as new channels or technical partners are integrated into the overall Marketing technology stack.

    Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Managers to develop campaigns that add value to the consumers' experiences and digital registrations, opt-in permissions and promote health plan benefits and healthy outcomes.

    Work with Campaign Marketing Managers to develop and maintain detailed channel communication calendars, detail data requirements, forecast expense to support campaigns and manages expense to budget/forecast.

    Effectively collaborates with internal program leaders, vendors and/or a combination of internal and external resources to resolve implementation challenges.

    Enable and support appropriate tracking capabilities and help to communicate campaign results across teams to improve message, segmentation, and methods of communication.

    Coordinate with analytics team to develop reporting and analysis that can be used for program and channel optimization as well as sharing with our stakeholders.

    Analyze and share campaign trends, future campaign forecasting and ongoing performance tracking across stakeholders ranging from C-Suite to internal partners.

    Performs all management level responsibilities for staff, including performance reviews, employee development, hiring, firing, coaching, counseling, and retention. Develops team members and participates in talent management activities.

    What You Bring


    Demonstrated success in multi channel (web, mobile app, mobile sms, chat, email) acquisition and engagement tactics, campaign optimization and planning.

    Experience with marketing in a regulated industry, including best practices and compliance with industry standards and privacy considerations.
    Strong working knowledge of database integrations, content management systems and multi-channel engagement technologies.
    Ability to analyze and interpret consumer engagement profile, modeling and response data and translate into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
    Knowledge of best practices for multi- and omni-channel marketing, including targeting, creative, copy, channel optimization, and, testing methodologies, etc.
    Ability to evaluate program effectiveness, identify issues and opportunities, and work to continuously improve programs offered.

    Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders (human-centered design experience a plus).

    Demonstrated competency in project management including ability to lead complex implementations with cross-functional teams.
    Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and develop multiple projects within time constraints.

    Demonstrated experience in all aspects of people management including hiring, development, performance management, including interest and ability to manage a high performing team.

    Knowledge and understanding of HTML and SQL are a plus.


    The expected hiring range for this position is $109.7k – $148.4k depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location.

    The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $103k Low Range - $168k High Range.
