    Join us as an Account Coordinator:

    As an Account Coordinator at OTR, you will play a pivotal role in driving and maintaining our business operations by overseeing client payables. Your daily tasks will involve processing client invoices, providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs, and collaborating with a dedicated team to accomplish daily objectives. Success in this role demands a positive and trainable mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for client inquiries related to their accounts and factoring information
    • Audit client invoices efficiently and accurately
    • Assist in resolving client issues promptly and effectively
    • Handle client communications adeptly to ensure high levels of service
    • Proactively address client concerns and facilitate timely payments
    • Assist clients with invoice discrepancies and additional paperwork
    • Collaborate with the team to meet operational deadlines
    • Maintain financial security through adherence to internal controls

    Qualifications We Seek:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
    • Emphasis on delivering excellent client experiences
    • Proficient in MS Excel and related computer skills
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
    • Openness to learn in a fast-evolving industry
