    We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPEs and TPOs as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.

    **Job Description**

    Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Set up and maintain stock locations throughout the plant.

    Accept the responsibility of being a channel of communication between employees and Management. Responding to questions, concerns and need of all Shipping and Receiving employees.

    Champion of BOM accuracy and institute changes as needed.

    Daily OK of warehouse for organization & cleanliness.

    Responsible for end of monthly physical inventories of finished goods, raw material, components, works in process; including all reports required.

    Organize the warehousing; coordinate the traffic flow of same between the warehouse, production, and shipping.

    Verify inventories as needed.

    Assist in root cause analysis for inventory variances.

    Responsible to assist in daily cycle counting and inventory adjustments.

    Responsible for monitoring of daily reports.

    Act as backup for production scheduler, Material Analyst, MRO Buyer, Materials Manager.

    It is the responsibility of all employees to take corrective action for all nonconforming items Identified by the employee.

    Perform other duties as required for the safe, efficient operation of the plant.

    Ensure MMSA procedures are followed.

    Environmental Responsibilities- Cooperation with action team directives. Familiar with evacuation plans. Trained in clean up modules. Keep all areas of warehouse and docks clean, organized, and clear of debris and resin.

    USAFE Team Member.

    Fill out APQP forms and give to Materials Manager as needed.

    Submit spot buy POs as needed.

    Run and verify service requirements, have material analyst order BOM items if needed. If we have enter inventory as needed.

    Verify ship weights are correct as new parts are set up.

    Make sure correct dunnage, EXP, 092A set up.

    **Job Requirements**

    Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with inventory analysis, BOM and advanced computer skills
