Job Description

The Kitchen Operations Specialist serves as the main connection between BOH departments. They work closely with the Chef Team on operational and administrative matters. This role reports directly to the FP&A Analyst.

• Supports Executive Chefs in daily BOH operations including menu planning coordination order management inventory control staff training maintenance housekeeping general services admin duties filing storing quality improvement data collection organization supervision customer service presentation orientation- building hospitality continuity cold storage proactive call when needed trend analysis ideas verification POS forwarding each Monday,
