- Direct daily on-site marine construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with crew members, subcontractors, and engineers to maintain efficient job progress.
- Oversee—and as needed, operate—heavy equipment, barges, and marine construction methods.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety and environmental requirements, with safety as the top priority.
- Respond quickly to field conditions by troubleshooting issues and adjusting plans as project needs change.
- Provide consistent on-site leadership through clear communication and daily direction to the team.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in marine construction.
- Strong working knowledge of marine construction methods, including pile driving, dredging, and dock building.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
