Job Description
The chosen candidate will review analytics from all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to email communications, social media engagement, and web traffic and make recommendations for improvement based on findings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Extract and analyze data to understand the customer behavior.
Interview team members to gather details and identify metrics to be measured, why we are measuring said metrics, and how we will measure them.
Identify and report on features of high and low usage.Provide comparison data against our competitors using a set collection of metrics and key performance indicators to benchmark industry best practices.
Develop in-house analytical tools that improve the productivity and efficiency of analytical tasks - possible emphasis on AI toolsCo-design A/B experiments, conduct statistical analysis on test results and present findings.
Support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior and diagnose data discrepancies.
Requirements
Qualification:

Pursuing bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, information systems or marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of researching customer behaviors.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research skills.
Ability to manage projects and workflows.
Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Additional Information:
While this role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, there will be interactions and opportunities to work with various teams in the Integrated Marketing Communications department.
