Job summary
The IVR Test Analyst will align with the process & frameworks and leverage templates & tools to perform all aspects of the Software Testing Life Cycle.• Communicate and interact with the business planning and development teams during the requirements development process
• Create scenarios to meet the validation of acceptance criteria of customer requirements.
