You will lead nursing staff with your dynamic nursing practice and oversee overall department operations.As Nurse Manager at MultiCare, your leadership, delegation, and collaboration across your unit are essential to achieving the best possible outcomes and experiences for patients and families.
You will define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practicesYou will ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources
Support successful collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient care outcome and department strategic plans
You will coordinate towards the overall operations of assigned units and the provision of resources
Facilitate optimal and cost-efficient patient care delivery
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
