    Job Summary:

    Briggs Auto Group is looking to expand our Sales Team at Briggs of Fort (Briggs CDJR, Briggs Ford, Briggs Chevy, GMC and Briggs Toyota). Briggs Auto Group has grown over the last 45 years from a small used car lot in Manhattan, KS to 10 rooftops with 13 New Car Franchises. Briggs Auto was founded by Russ & Ilene Briggs with one belief, if you take care of your customers, staff and community, they will take care of you.     Here at Briggs you will be joining a winning team. Our Sales Consultants work in a virtually fail proof selling system. You will be giving all the training and processes needed to succeed. We understand that our success starts with you.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    - $2500 sign-on bonus
    - Competitive PERFORMANCE BASED annual salary of $60,000 to $180,000

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
    - Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers
    - Determine customers' needs and recommend suitable products and services
    - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and assist with test drives
    - Negotiate sales and follow up on leads, referrals, and incoming calls/emails
    - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
    - Stay updated on various products, pricing, and industry trends
    - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
    - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    - Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on new products and processes

    Requirements:
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
    - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong negotiation and closing skills
    - Proficient in using various software programs and tools
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
    - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
