    Rochester Corner Bar is the classic and swanky, open-concept bar in the heart of downtown Rochester, MI. Serving a menu of only delicious food and premium craft cocktails, RCB is the new go-to place in town for a night out with family and friends

    RCB is looking for aLine Cookthat will work with the Executive Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen to providing exceptional customer service and experience in the next exciting phase of growth for the team.

    The Line Cook Position

    RCB is looking for aLine Cookto assist in kitchen operations and dining experience including assisting the Executive Chef with weekly and daily food preparation, kitchen maintenance and cleanliness, restocking the back of house and preparing customer plates as needed.

    For an individual to be successful as the Line Cook they need to have the ability to be self-motivating, have a strong interest in health and safety standards, and have strong time management skills.

    Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Line Cook Position

    Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred

    Ability to be self-motivating

    Strong time management skills

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration, and teamwork

    Knowledge of industry health and safety standards

    Strong customer service skills

    Compensation & Structure for the Line Cook Position

    This position offers part-time and full-time opportunity. The Line Cook reports to the Executive Chef.
