About the Role In this opportunity as Associate Sales Executive, you will: Prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography and/or for leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.

    Validate customer needs, shape product plans and drive deals to close. Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies. Focus on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

    Possess core knowledge across products within the subsegment, and engage Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.

    Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the subsegment and territory. Use an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals. KPIs include-Nurturing opportunities and moving more complex sales to close About You You're a fit for the role of Associate Sales Executive if your background includes: Minimum 2 years' successful sales experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Proven/consistent track record of quota attainment Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a plus Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations Strong prospecting and closing skills Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics What's in it For You?     Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position.

    The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states:
    CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $73,900 - $137,200. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.

    Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.

    Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
