The Serenitee Restaurant Group's Manchester-by-the-Sea location, Cala's, is hiring a Full-Time Rounds Cook to join our team

Cala's is a small, comfortable restaurant with a contemporary casual atmosphere and a creative, yet approachable menu offering everything from chicken wings and turkey club sandwiches to pan seared salmon and steak frites.

As a Line Cook at Cala's, you will work with a team of dedicated culinary professionals in a fun and safe work environment.

Requirements

Comfortable with high volume and a fast paced environment
Strong experience on the Grill station needed
Commitment to our healthy and safe work environment with a focus on food safety and sanitation
Must be a team player who's excited to work in a busy kitchen in a beautiful location.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, but also open to learning new techniques to refine and enhance each dish
Able to execute dishes quickly while upholding consistency, quality and food safety
Be able to communicate with team members to coordinate a well executed and well timed service.
