- Plans, directs, conducts ad-hoc research and analysis and provides business-oriented insights
- Identifies and evolves planning to integrate consumer-focused insights more broadly with key stakeholders within the organization
- Defines key topics for deep dive analysis to support corporate objectives
- Creates a single consumer view through alignment of insights data sources – working with vendors and ad hoc data reports to develop concise, impactful analysis on designated topics
- Identifies new sources or ways to optimize consumer data sources
- Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation and positive influence on decision making processes
- Effectively communicate results to clients across the organization to facilitate decision making process
- Have you designed, implemented and analyzed consumer-based primary research studies?
- Have you conducted multi-category segmentation studies? What role did you have in these studies?
- 3+ years in consumer market research and/or related field. CPG experience preferred.
- Ability to understand broader business issues and seek resolution
- Ability to manage, leverage and analyze data sources, interpret meaningful trends and draw conclusions to deliver actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to identify business opportunities in Sales and Marketing performance factors to influence execution.
- Ability to manage and deliver to client needs
- Strong collaboration skills, with ability to work with a broad range of disciplines and cross-functionally
- Strong verbal/written communication, data visualization and presentations skills
- Storytelling capabilities with action-oriented recommendations
- Commercial Tools (Retail Sales Data – IRI/Nielsen, Microstrategy), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ad hoc.
- Requires very strong technical skills that includes proficiency in math and statistics
- Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Business or related field preferred
