Job Description

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll manage day-to-day operations on the shop floor, inspect products for quality, interpret company policies and safety regulations, and maintain time and production records. You'll also be responsible for studying production schedules, estimating worker hour requirements, and establishing work procedures to meet production goals.

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
