- Currently two Orthopedic groups with each has 4 general orthopedic surgeons.
- One spine surgeon in practice (also have a contracted neurosurgeon who does spine surgery one day a week)
- Participation in general ortho call is required for this position.
- Medical Center continually invests in the latest equipment and can offer both Rosa and Mako robotics as well as spine navigation, O arm, and AIRO CT.
- $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning a base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:6 call
