- Maintains entrance driveways and property walkways clean and safe
- Assists Maintenance Team with outdoor projects and reports any maintenance issues
- Ensures common areas are free of debris and trash on a daily basis
- Cleans, services, and stores equipment properly
- Performs general and preventive maintenance of the property grounds
- 1+ years of verifiable experience in Landscaping or Groundskeeping
- Preferred experience as a Groundskeeper in the resort/hospitality industry
- Familiarity with hand-held tools such as leaf vacuum, blower, power washer, etc.
- Ability to check and replace exterior lighting regularly
