Director of Life Sciences Cloud Transformation

This role involves spearheading the growth and delivery of our Life Sciences Cloud engagements, including building Slalom's reputation as a leading Salesforce partner for pharma, life sciences, and healthcare technology companies. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery quality, sales enablement, recruiting, and consulting.

• Partner with the Life Sciences Cloud Capability Lead to build strong client relationships that drive pipeline


• Recruit and manage a diverse team of life sciences technologists


• Lead solution design for high-priority proposals in partnership with local market leaders


• Deliver transformational consulting work to improve patient outcomes through data-driven strategies

The ideal candidate is an expert in the intersection of life sciences strategy, data analytics and AI-enabled platforms like Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. You have extensive experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem. A leader who fosters collaboration between cross-functional teams across various locations – directing project planning processes effectively.
