    Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic outside sales individual to lead the business development efforts for our fast growing restoration company

    BASIC FUNCTIONS:
    Promote company mission statement, vision and values in a professional and creative fashion and identify, contact and secure potential clients to increase market share, sales and profitability, while also providing exceptional customer service

    RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

    • Maintain, establish and grow relationships with insurance agents, brokers, adjusters
    • Develop contacts with realtors, commercial/residential property managers, construction industry tradesmen and other potential sources of restoration jobs
    • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, seminars, outings and other industry events
    • Develop and create collateral pieces for industry education and to promote services
    • Collaborate with SEO and social media program.
    • Assist in supporting website.
    • Assist with planning and hosting client events
    • Support charity efforts and other community service
    • Maintain active membership in industry associations
    • Support annual charity efforts and other community service
    • Provide support for commercial and emergency response marketing
    • Serve as director for special campaigns and assignments
    • Assist with award submissions
    • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
    • Compile and present detailed progress reports
    • Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related projects as needed

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience


    EXPERIENCE:
    3 years sales experience; experience with construction industry, property and casualty insurance

    COMPENSATION:
    A combination of base salary and Commissions

    LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportationKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:* Outgoing, sales driven, and have a passion for gaining and maintaining business accounts.
    • Responsible self-starter who enjoys working independently and collectively toward company goals
    • Possess attention to detail and provides progress reports
    • Operates at a high level in a fast-paced environment while contributing problem solving and resourceful offerings
    • Creative in promoting company values and services through a highly professional demeanor
    • Previous marketing and/or sales experience and mid to senior career achievements
    • Experience with construction, property and casualty insurance
