    Job Description

    Hands on leadership approach.
    Provide assistance and recommendations for plant safety.

    Consults with production and process personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production efficiencies and quality of products.

    Work with Process Engineering to perform and maintain process calibrations to be within desired specifications.
    Manage Maintenance Department per Company's policies and procedures, personnel guidelines and budgetary constraints.

    Ensure proper and functional operation all pieces of equipment in the plant including pumps, fans, motors, compressor, tanks, piping, saws, compactor, electrical components and systems, PLC's & Drives, etc.

    Oversee capital project spending and ensure adherence to planned budget.
    Manage various projects (capital or otherwise) from start to completion.
    Qualifications

    Engineering or Science (BS degree preferred)
    Technical aptitude and analytical skills required.
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, blue prints or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Advanced aptitude in Excel, Word and Outlook.
