    Manufacturing Automated Solutions is an industrial automation equipment builder providing design, fabrication, integration, installation of manufacturing production machinery along with providing contract manufacturing services to clients. More information about us can be found on our website

    The Control Engineer Designs the control system's technical specifications, control system architecture drawings, PLC programming (Allen-Bradley), HMI configuration, Robotic programming, Servo drive and VFD configuration, vision system configuration, integration of other peripheral equipment (i.e. – labelers, scales, inkjet systems, and other standard equipment), safety circuit design, testing and debugging of equipment. This role also oversees building of semi and fully automated manufacturing lines to support inhouse contract manufacturing offering.

    Responsibilities:

    Design of industrial control panels

    Developing PLC and HMI programs for automated machinery

    Program robotics, HMI

    Manage startup and commissioning of machinery

    Program servo drives, vision systems, sensors, etc.

    Implement safety controls

    Troubleshoot equipment

    Select and purchase components for equipment

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)

    · 3+ years' experience in a similar role

    · RSLogix 5000 Programming of Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs Experience

    · RSLogix 500 Programming of Allen Bradley SLC PLCs Experience

    · FactoryTalk View Studio Programming of Allen Bradley PanelViews Experience

    · AUTOCAD Electrical experience

    · Ability to create and modify electrical and pneumatic prints

    · Proficient in Industrial Controls Including:

    · Sizing motor starter circuits and specifying branch circuit protection

    · Control panel layout

    · Experienced in designing machine safety circuits

    · SCADA integration is a plus
