What would I be doing?Operate Xactimate and interpret documentation to write accurate invoices and estimates in an efficient mannerEnsure complete compilation of all documentation necessary on loss (photos, invoices, checklists, reports, etc.)Organize invoice and estimate documentationMaintain an adequate knowledge of the mitigation and rebuild processesImplement and adapt to exclusive partnership invoicing terms and conditionsThis is an in-office position, primarily because we want you to be actively involved and engaged in the Entrusted culture that makes us uniqueDevelop skills and experience for future growth opportunities within Entrusted.

What skills does it take to win?Proficient in Xactimate and/or SymbilityHigh level attention to detailKnowledge of interior construction, including processes and termsBeing a learner; being teachableOrganizedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable using technology, proficient with spreadsheetsWhat about compensation and benefits?Hourly position, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
