    Description

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Define, plan, execute and control moderate to complex projects and programs.
    • Support the Operations leadership team as they choose, prioritize and manage projects in their organization
    • Secure and coordinate resources for Operations Portfolio projects.

    Produce and maintain key deliverables:
    Business Case, Schedule, Budget, RAID, Change Requests.


    • Report on project, program and portfolio progress and overall health.
    • Utilize problem solving tools and strategies to keep projects on track.
    • Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders.
    • Coach and inspire team members to give their best effort.
    • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and standardization in project management and manufacturing operations.
    • Support and assist other Project Managers in the organization.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar tool
    • Experience with Oracle preferred with experience in manufacturing modules: BOM, INV, WIP, Costing, WMS
    • PMP preferred.
    • Global experience a plus
