Job summary
AWS Hardware Engineering is looking for a leader to drive a team to deliver best in class performance of our novel hardware designs from inception through manufacturing implementation and maturation eventually deprecation You will organize a team of skilled hardware system development engineers to partner with our silicon suppliers ODMs internal customers ensuring we maintain high performing system component roadmap Your work will directly enable AWS launch next generation server designs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning designing developing delivering cloud hardware experience primary focus on CPU memory Experience partnering product program management teams managing multiple concurrent programs projects development teams Agile environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience partnering silicon providers ODMs designing developing large scale high-performing applications
