    About the Role

    The Customer Care Associate will handle inquiries for The State of Kentucky.

  • General Description & Responsibilities:
  • Schedule is 9:00-5:00 PM, full-time.
  • Provide Tier-I support for 2,000+ customer and Conduent internal staff members.
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues for: Oracle CRM and the PureConnect Media Bar, Genesys Connect (Interaction Desktop & IC Business Manager), and Genesys Cloud.
  • Gather issue/request details and escalate, where required.
  • Respond, in a timely manner, to requests for assistance and user account management or modification.
  • Handle incidents and requests within the timeframe allotted by Conduent's Service Level Agreement with the customer.
  • Work within established procedures and practices.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all supported systems, including new systems, as business needs change.
  • Candidates must have a demonstrated acumen for troubleshooting.
  • Requirements

  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Customer service skills.
  • Highly attentive to details is required for note taking, written, and spoken communications.
  • · High School diploma or GED

    · Background and drug screening required

    · Bilingual a Plus

    · A minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience

    · Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs

    · Typing Minimum of 25 WPM
