The salary range for this role is:

Responsibilities:

Position performs a wide variety of duties to ship/receive inventory in accordance with established procedures. Position assists Distribution Coordinator with duties related to shipping, receiving, scheduling, inventory management, and order creation. Position also assists forklift drivers with issues related to shipping/receiving paperwork. Position checks in drivers and assigns them to appropriate doors for loading/unloading.

Some specific duties may include:

• Check in/out drivers and assign to specific dock.
• ship confirm/receive loads in Brye and SAP.
• Create STOs for inbound items.
• Create new tags for Co-Pack loads.
• Update daily and weekly spreadsheets.
• Coordinate ship dates and inventory amounts.
• Work in BRYE to adjust inventory tags.
• Assist managers as needed.

Position works with Distribution Coordinators and reports to Warehouse Shipping Supervisor. Food Safety & Quality Responsibilities include Ensure product safety through enforcement of company policy and regulatory standards. Enforce company quality standards.

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Statements of required proficiencies with Specialized Knowledge, Initiative and/or Ingenuity required, Computer skills, Mental and/or Visual capabilities required)

• High School graduate or equivalent, preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• At least 1-3 years appointment desk experience or related experience, preferably in a Warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, calculator, and telephone.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions with the minimum of supervision.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of SAP strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong work ethic with proven ability to work with deadlines and commitment including occasional weekends.
• Detail Oriented.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
