Job Description

Summary: Seeking an Indirect Purchasing Lead to manage indirect spend categories and facilitate collaboration between Plant Purchasing Leads and the Corporate team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
Proficient with SAP and ERP systems.
Demonstrated management of indirect spend categories across strategic sourcing processes such as professional services, MRO, equipment, benefits, HR, and IT.
Proven Project Management skills.
Experience in Category planning, sourcing & contracting, process improvement, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Corporate team to identify new opportunities and resolve issues at plants.
Act as a liaison between Plant Purchasing Leads and the Corporate indirect Category team.
Manage various strategic sourcing processes for non-direct procurement elements like janitorial services or software.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
