    Description
    CT Technologist - Relocation Bonus upto $3500 - Austin, TX


    Shift:
    Fri - Sun: 12x3, Mon - Fri: 8 am - 4 pm 5x8 or 4x10.


    Summary:

    • Perform prescribed CT - Computed Tomographic procedures.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the use of CT scan equipment.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
    • The document, on film or in writing, information was seen during the exam.
    • Relay to physicians any relevant patient information.
    • Apply principles of radiation safety to minimize risk to patient, self, and others
    • Participate in rotating call schedules.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Medical Radiologic Technologist
    • One to two years of previous experience performing CT - Computed Tomography procedures is preferred.
    • Inpatient experience preferred will also consider a candidate who has outpatient experience.
    • Certified in Radiology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
    • Post-primary CT certification within 6 months of CT assignment.
    • BLS certification is required per St. David's HealthCare policy.
    • Covid-19 Vaccination is required.
