Co-op Position in Aviation Management

Overview: The Co-op will be assigned to support Delta's Corporate DOT and Disabilities Compliance team regarding DOT regulatory programs. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and implementing Delta's DOT and Disabilities programs in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Manager of DOT and Disabilities Compliance
Assisting in developing, maintaining, and implementing Delta's DOT and Disabilities programs

The successful candidate will join an established program focused on accessible travel for customers with disabilities while partnering across the organization to ensure compliance with government regulations. This position supports corporate-level policy development related to customer commitment strategy advancement for accessible travel.

Work independently under minimal supervision and direct a fast-paced workload.

Balancing multiple assignments effectively; handling confidential information correctly.

Demonstrate strong written/oral communication skills;
