Job summary
We are seeking an architect with proven experience delivering permit ready architectural plan sets for California commercial and tenant improvement projects.The ideal candidate can independently prepare code compliant drawings, coordinate with engineering disciplines, and respond directly to City plan check comments with minimal oversight.
- Prepare permit ready architectural drawings for commercial and TI projects in California
- Develop and revise plans to comply with California Building Code, California Energy Code, and local jurisdiction requirements
