    Job Requirements

    American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
    Must include
    BLS certification.

    ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU.
    License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
    Fit Test required.

    NIHSS certification required.
    Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
    Schedule Information

    Contract length: 13 weeks

    Additional Details

    Must attach scanned copies of certifications with expiration dates to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
    Must include images of front and back of certification cards.
    9 Panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start date required.
    Proof of various vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) or declinations/exemptions required.
    Physical/Health Statement from exam within last year required.
    Various Trinity Health forms and background checks required prior to start.
