- 18 years of age or older.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to show a clean driving history.
- The ability to show a clean criminal history (LSI works on many federal construction sites that require a background check).
- The physical ability to climb ladders, walk on pitched roofs, and lift up to 80lbs.
- Hard working and comfortable working on roofs, ladders and in the sun.
- Installing lightning protection cabling on roofs or on the ground.
- Digging and trenching.
- Working with hand and power tools.
- Traveling to job sites (usually within a 1-hour drive).
- Sometimes we will request employees to stay overnight on jobs that are farther away. Hotel and per diem are included).
- Reading construction blueprints.
- Completing and complying with job site-specific safety requirements.
