    Role Summary

    The HR Operations, Specialist, will be responsible for reviewing workflow requests and inputting organizational level and employee personal data information into the HR database.

    The Specialist will help support all areas of Employee Data Processing and be responsible for completing the assigned transaction workloads while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining data integrity.

    The HR Operations, Specialist also has the responsibility to communicate and interact with other departments to research and resolve issues that may arise from transaction processing.

    This position will be based in Orlando, FL and commute to a designated office reporting to the HR Operations, Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately inputs individual or mass data into SAP HCM using Winshuttle scripting that includes but are not limited to the following transactions: Hire, Rehire, Transfer, LOA, Termination, Create/Maintain Job attributes, Position and Org Units to assist in planning and execution of reorganizations within the structure.
    • Manages sensitive information including but not limited to salary, personal information, and organizational structural redesigns.
    • Fosters and maintain productive working relationships with HR community and other business partners as needed.
    • Review audits and errors arising from QA, Benefits, Payroll and UKG for data integrity and works with HR client groups to complete corrections when errors are identified.
    • Conduct validation with reasonable checks and analysis of data received prior to making changes in the system to avoid errors.
    • Acquire and maintain expertise to provide support in NBCUniversal HR systems that include but not limited to (i.e., SAP HCM, myHR, Zendesk, and O365 PowerApps)
    • Assists with ensuring successful Tier 2 resolution of data issues, meeting SLAs, and providing excellent customer service for escalated issues coming into the Employee Data Processing team as well as cases generated within Zendesk.
    • Develops strong knowledge of Business to understand data and reasonable checks on data received for input.
    • Responds and completes transaction processing within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Identifies and escalates system defects to leadership and performs system testing as needed.
    • Fulfils responsibilities in compliance with department and company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with developing and maintaining procedural documentation of internal and external processes.
    • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of equivalent HRIS work experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP HCM (OM/PA) or any other related HRIS system with HR data entry.
    • Intermediate to advance expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
