    The IT Project Manager is responsible for providing project management leadership, support, and assistance to deliver technology solutions to the enterprise. This includes the management of project planning, execution, quality, support transition, communications, risks, and cost. Manages on-time and on-budget delivery of medium to large IT enterprise-wide solutions.

    The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:

    Essential Functions:

    Value Delivery
    • Serves as Senior Project Manager on enterprise-wide application medium to large development projects.
    • Ensures that the goals and objectives of the project remain aligned with enterprise strategy and targeted business value.
    • Ensures business value realization and optimization, through delivering new capabilities, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value.
    Project Delivery:
    • Facilitates the development of project schedules, work plans, and tasks to determine detailed project schedules, costs estimate, and resource scheduling needs.
    • Identifies and anticipates risks and issues; facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate.
    • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and artifacts including project charter, project workbook including budget tracking, risk log, change log, communication plans, RAID, backlog, etc.
    • Ensures that ongoing support (Run the Business) team members are engaged at the appropriate time in the project delivery, including alignment with supporting teams and ensuring acceptance of support handoff.
    • Develops, communicates, and reports on project progress to stakeholders and sponsors, to include insights on schedule (time), investment (cost), quality (scope, risks) of the project delivery. Partners with Program Manager to include a weekly Project Status Report (PSR) in Program Status and Portfolio Status updates.
    • Adheres to project Change Management standards, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of the factors influencing change and the associated impacts; as well as ensures appropriate approval and communication of changes as part of Project Communication Plan.
    • Serves as the company's primary point of contact for the selected third-party contractor(s), providing design and build services in support of project deliverables.
    • Ensures terms and conditions of applicable contracts are enforced and/or managed in support of project deliverables.
    • May partner with IT Demand / Resource Management Lead to identify high-level project sizing and resource planning considerations.
    Project Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Leads, provides guidance to, and motivates cross-functional team members (both internal and external) to ensure goal achievement and team success across the project.
    • Coordinates work across multiple team members and business units to ensure team actions remain in synergy and following workplans. Promotes an environment of empowered teamwork, collaboration, and partnership.
    • Works and/or manages onshore/offshore vendor resources and
    • Fosters a cohesive team environment to effectively deliver Motivates and influences all parties involved in the project to complete tasks timely and accurately.
    EPMO Team Collaboration
    • Provides mentorship to EPMO team members, helping to onboard and educate on internal processes, culture, and tools.
    • May partner with IT Demand / Resource Management Lead to identify high-level project sizing and resource planning considerations.
    • Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Demonstrates competency in coordinating all aspects of complex projects involving multiple Project Management methodologies (SDLC, DevOps, Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, Change Management, etc.).
    • Demonstrates a practical sense and ability to implement in a dynamic, diverse, collaborative team environment with changing and fluid needs.
    • Educates business partners and other areas of the company about IT and project management enterprise-wide guidelines and best practice processes.
    • Influences and motivates staff members to use HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools ensuring Legendary Customer Service with all services they deliver.
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software tools.

    Education and Experience:
    • 4-year college degree from an accredited university with emphasis in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience required.
    • Minimum of 6 years' experience of related experience required, with 3 years demonstrating experience managing complex, enterprise-wide project.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other equivalent in relevant area of specialty
    Travel:

    10-15% and overnight travel may be expected.
